Our grandmothers were homemakers

I don't understand what's the big deal nowadays to be a housewife! It used to be so accepted in society, but now it is looked down upon.

Our grandmothers and ancestors were housewives! I just don't understand what the big fuss is about.

  1. We were just talking about this the other day. Homemaking has gone from something of praise and honor to something that is ridiculed and look down upon. So sad and tragic.

  2. You know how our society now values things and stuff over time and quality of life with family. Back then, they didn't have things and stuff and commercialism...or maybe they did, and it wasn't important?
